Our client is a highly respected growing investment firm in the Bay Area. Their Private Client Group (PCG) serves high net worth individual investors, family offices, and non-profit organizations across the United States through separately managed accounts.
Through regular communication, a client’s investment objectives, asset allocation, and portfolio holdings are reviewed with an experienced Portfolio Manager (PM) and Client Service Associate (CSA).  The CSAs work closely with the PMs to oversee key aspects of the client relationship.
Serve as primary point of contact for private clients.
Oversee account openings, closings and transitions.
Monitor cash flows and client cash needs.
Manage and execute asset transfers, charitable gifting of appreciated securities, and cost basis reconciliation.
Collaborate with all firm departments, including Portfolio Management, Trading, Client Services, Shareholder Services, Fees, Performance, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
Work closely with PMs to review client’s financial objectives (including asset allocation, portfolio objectives, estate planning, taxes, and gifting).
Communicate with client’s attorneys, CPA's, and outside advisor's regarding their estate and tax planning.
Manage relationships with custodial banks.
Perform ad hoc client and firm-related project work.

Four year college degree (B.S. or B.A) with an excellent academic record.
Minimum of five years of experience working with taxable clients in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Flexible and professional attitude with a willingness to take initiative within areas of responsibility.
Technological aptitude to continually improve business processes.
Highly collegial and collaborative.
High proficiency in MS CRM, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Candidates with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification will be given preference.
